Defective Products: Tachyon products are covered by a 180-day, non-transferable, limited warranty from the date of purchase from Tachyon, Inc. The warranty covers only defects in workmanship and materials. It does not apply to products which have been damaged due to unreasonable use or by intention. Refund Policy: You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a partial refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Shipping cost is non-refundable. If the item returned is simply unwanted, and not damaged, defective, or materially different than the item ordered, the refund will be less a 15% restocking fee.
